HYM880 magnetic flip plate remote transmission liquid level transmitter is composed of stainless steel probe rod and signal conditioning circuit. Inside the probe rod is a series of precision magnetoresistive chips. The probe rod of the transmitter is fixed on the outside of the main conduit of the magnetic flap level gauge or magnetic float level gauge in the form of a bundle, so that it is in the same magnetic coupling system. When the magnetic float in the main tube moves up and down with the liquid level, the magnetoresistive chip in the probe rod corresponding to the liquid level is moved by the magnetic field in the float, and the changing magnetoresistive signal is converted into a 4-20mADC standard signal through the signal conditioning module. or other signal output. This signal can be easily used with a microcomputer industrial intelligent controller or connected to other secondary instruments to achieve the purposes of display, control, adjustment and alarm.
